The stand itself is great, however, the company they ship with FEDEX or the company that packs it wrecked the box, scratched the frame and lost one of the S hooks... I've called them twice to let them know about this and twice they have told me they are looking into it and letting me know what they can do to help me, making sure of my happiness in the product, I have yet to get a call back. The stand itself is sturdy and just what I wanted, just sans scratches and missing pieces.
