I am constantly looking for the right bag to haul my tools to and from the site. When I saw the quality of the veto pro-pak I had to have it. The quality is superior to any of the competition. It has more storage than necessary and I now wish I had chosen the smaller version (which would be much more suitable for any mechanical trades basic set of hand tools). This bag is HEAVY and LARGE. The latter which meant for me adding more tools than I need to fill up the cavernous interior. Naturally making it even more hefty. If you are a plumber or electrician and work for someone who supplies the big tools opt for the smaller version, I believe it will suit you just fine (hammer and hacksaw fit the xl but I'm not sure about small version). Once again Veto tool bags are the highest quality in my opinion and I wouldn't settle for less (only when it comes to weight).Customer Review: The best Tool Bags on the market!

The VETO PRO PAC XL has proved to myself and everyone that works with me to be the highest quality best built tool bag out there! As a Licensed Electrician and Communications Technician I have many tools that range in size and shape. The XL holds all my key tools that are needed for 90% of the jobs. Once you fill the bag up with your tools you will always know exactly which pocket each one is in. At the end of the day its great to know that you have everything that you came with, when something is missing its easy to tell.
All stitching and rivets are extremely durable. The way that the bag is balanced makes it feel lighter than it is. A comfortable thick shoulder strap makes it easy to carry for a long duration. After a month I can not find a single thing to say bad about VETO PRO PAC.
You will LOVE this bag!

I have owned the bag for about 6 months. The bag is pricey and heavy but has held up well. The handle is nice and rubbery which makes it easy to hold onto.
As an electrician, there are certain features that must be on a tool bag. First was to put a clip on it for a large pocket knife, and the second was to put short strap for a couple rolls of tape.
I don't like the fact that both sides are identical. All my tools are not alike. I really need one side to have deep, hard pockets for voltmeters and various test equipment. I've installed a large deep plastic glass in one side for the meter.
I other real pain is that the handle always folds down over one side or the other of the bag, making access difficult. The handle needs a spring in it to keep it upright when not in use.

I've only had this bag for two months and so far I can say Im very happy with it. As an electrician for twenty years, I wish I would have found this item sooner. After years of using cheap bags that offer minimal tool organization, this bag is excellent if you appreciate being able to find the tool you need without having to rummage through everything to find it, I also enjoy the fact that with a quick lookover, I know if I have all of my tools before leaving a project. The XL might be slightly larger than I would've needed, but the added space does come in handy. Even with all of my hand tools in place, there is room to toss in a drill, heat gun, etc. on top. The overall construction seems to be very durable. The bag is heavy, but I think its worth the price for something that works very well.Customer Review: HVAC

I bought this for my fiance for Christmas. He was an HVAC installer and had just moved into a new position as an HVAC service tech, so I figured this looked more professional than his old tool bag. At first, he thought it was too big, but once he starting putting his tools into it, it completely filled the bag to his surprise. The height of this bag fits a hammer perfectly. He organized it by section - one side electrical, one side plumbing and all of the screwdrivers (or what look like screwdrivers to me) line up nicely. After using it for 2-3 months now, his major compliment is that he never has to dig or look for anything - it's all visible. From a girl's point of view - it LOOKS very professional and durable and clean all of time :o)
