If you don't care about having a wireless phone, this is a great USB phone. I have a Phillips USB phone in addition to this one, and this phone is better because it was cheaper and I don't have problems with the driver. Your just have to install SkypeMate before plugging it in (if you're using Skype, that is). If I need another USB phone, I'll be buying another one of these.Customer Review: Don't do it

I thought that even though inexpensive it was likely all right for the occasional use, after all it was "Skype" approved. Wrong. I can't hear. I can't be heard. And the cord is short that it would be inconvenient even it it did work all right. But it doesn't work all right. Unless you are young with excellent hearing ... my old Voip phone broke down and could not find anything in the shops...so I came to Amazon and found it. Works like a dream the sound is good and is very compact.
The price was right too, at the moment, I could not find anything to say contrary to the model. I would tell people to buy one like this if they need a Voip phone

I received my phone and installed the software and I was up and running within minutes.
The phone is perfectly sized, has an easy to read LCD display and works great with Skype!!
I highly recommend this product for anybody looking to get into a low cost high quality Voice Over IP phone.
