Below is the original review I posted. I considered removing it, but I want everyone to know what a "stand up" company Crosslitt Kitchens is and how impressive they are with customer service. Within 24 hours, I received an email from Crosslitt Kitchens explaining what must have happened with my pan. I received a personalized email, NOT a form letter, (as they referenced something I had written in my review ). Then they informed me that they were sending me a complimentary pan for the inconvenience. AND it arrived within 48 hrs. of the email. I LOVE it and I LOVE Crosslitt Kitchens. I not only received a brand new pan, but a personalized letter attached. If only all companies took customer service to this level. I had already ordered my replacement pan, so now I will have two. And I am thrilled because they are excellent pans. And I am happy to resoundly endorse this (Also, they are repackaging the pans so the scratches should not occur anymore. My new pan was much more expertly packed! Thank you Crosslitt Kitchens!!!!)
Previous post: "I, too, ordered this pan based on the CI review. I was so excited to try this pan out, as I have been wanting one for over a year. Unfortunately, my pan also arrived with several deep scratches. How disappointing! I wonder if they are trying to pass out "seconds" or "slightly damaged" that can't be sold in a store? And, Amazon would not exchange it so it must be returned and repurchased, which is rather annoying, and time consuming.
I will try to order this again, but I just thought others should be aware of this problem."
