This product appears to have solved my clothes dryer problem, but unfortunately it took over a month to find out. Partshouse shipped the part out promptly via USPS with tracking. When the part didn't show up within a week, I checked the tracking info and it showed that it should have been delivered days before but was "in transit". Even though USPS offers "tracking" people at our local branch say that there is nothing that can be done about a "lost" shipment, "you just have to wait until it arrives". Partshouse wasn't much more helpful and I never heard back from Customer Service regarding my offer to buy another one. So I purchased another identical part on eBay (cheaper unit cost and cheaper shipping) and once I paid for it, of course, THEN this item was finally delivered.
