This product is everything it says it is. You must be patient with the installation because when you are picking your desired length you must then wind it symmetrically around so that it hangs straight. By my second installation I was a pro. Its an easy way to class up the room and certainly the most inexpensive. The vendor that I purchased them from was prompt with delivery and when I found one of the items to be bent, they sent a new one free of charge. The cost was at least $30 cheaper a piece than I had seen anywhere else. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was more of a variety of shades.
