I repainted the intire exterior of my house and I used the Radiant Heat Paint Remover to remove the old paint down to the wood prior to repainting. This tool works great but one has to be careful because does generate a lot of heat and it does a good job fast.Customer Review: Worked good for our task

Used the tool to remove multiple layers of paint on exterior of 150 year old home. Considering the cost, it was a great investment. Faster than a hot air gun on wide boards, but not as good in corners. If it quit today, I would buy another.Customer Review: Heat Paint Remover

Worked well to strip the paint on a small (8'x6') porch and steps. Worked much better than a heat gun. The radiant heater keeps the heat concentrated on a small area making it easy to scrape off the paint.
