Installation of this shower head is a little tricky. The head and arm are *heavy* so extra plumber's tape at the joint between the arm and the pipe that comes out of the wall in needed is order to avoid leaks. In comparison with the rain-pour shower head that I had, water pressure of this showhead is awesome! I agree with a previous review on the point that the pulsating rain is a little lame. However, the fact that the shower head is made of plastic keeps the water hot. I've noticed a significant difference in the temperature of my morning shows! Installed this shower head last night. As other reviewers have said it leaks a little which is true. It leaked from the hinge points in the arm and leaked from the top of the shower head part that connected to the arm. After re-applying plumbers tape and tighting everything down and tweaking it here and there I got it to stop leaking. Now it works pretty good. It has good pressure. The pulsating massage works as advertised. The rainfall works best with the head pointed straight down. So far I am very pleased with this product.Customer Review: Nice Rainfall Showerhead

This is a nice showerhead, but as others have said, it should be noted that the head is actually plastic. I had the same problem as another reviewer with the showerhead arm dripping from a connection point and down the arm. The dripping is very minimal, however, and it should not be any problem. It was pretty easy to install and only took a few minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the water pressure we still got from the showerhead. Our water pressure is acceptable, but couldn't adequately drive the water out of this showerhead. We could only get two of the eight modes to work: the centre jets and entire showerhead. And a tricle of water from each mode as well.
We may have purchased a defective unit, but either way I returned it and purchased the Waterpik AquaScape oval showerhead instead. Very glad I did!

The product is much bigger than the photo indicates. It arrived with a rattle, and I had to take it apart to make the small repair. Compared with more quality brands, I thought it inferior. It didn't feel solid and it was difficult to change the spray adjustments. I bought a Moen showerhead and used the arm that came with the Waterpik.
