Customer Review: Cheap materials ruin this product

In a word this is junk. The flexible arm is too weak to support the large rainfall head. From day one it wanted to droop down and not stay in place. If I managed to get it in the desired position it only took the slightest touch to make it fall back down - forget about the button for spray selection. It's very disappointing considering I had an older "gooseneck" shower head from Waterpik that worked without any issues, but it seems they decided to go with a cheap design that renders this product essentially unusable.

Cascadia showerhead makes every shower a natural, drenching rainfall experience. 2 settings: Full body shower and concentrated power spray. 8" flexible arm adjusts for infinite personalized positions. Rubber nozzles for easy cleaning. Mounts onto standardIt'll be hard to get out of the shower after experiencing the relaxing spray of the Cascadia showerhead. The head has a huge 7-3/4-inch diameter with 69 rubber nozzles so water encompasses your whole body during a shower and it actually does feel like you're standing in heavy rainfall. A button on the showerhead's neck lets you change from a soothing, full-body downpour to a concentrated, powerful spray. The 8-inch flexible arm is long enough to adjust to any position for targeting hot water on sore muscles. The Cascadia comes with a collar and a shower arm nut for attaching the arm to the showerhead and the water pipe, plus instructions on how to do it. A flow regulator keeps water at the regulated maximum--2.5 gallons per minute. This showerhead is covered by a five-year warranty. --Cristina Vaamonde
