Very disappointing. The shower head itself is massive - the size of a small dinner plate. It is attached to a long hose which is so flexible it can't support the weight of the head when the shower is in use. Predictably, when you turn on the shower, the head drops groundward, spewing water in a horizontal spray. Installs easily, but save your money.Customer Review: A Sagging Disappointment

It looks really cool, BUT end up being very disappointing. The head is too heavy and sags during the shower from I would guess the weight of the water. During my shower, it eventually sags until it touches the top of my head. I push it back up and 5 minutes later, it hits my head again. Very frustrating. This shower head is amazing. We have well water and our shower head would always get large amounts of calcuim build-ups and would trickle the slightest amout of water. With the Caacadia there is no build-up and the water flow is amazing! It's not a pounding hard flow of water, it's like standing under a waterfall. this is incredible! I love the size of the shower head it feels so good on sore muscles. The flexibility is a wonderful feature.
I can raise it I can tilt it. I can lower it. I can arrange it just right for those sore neck or back muscles and even legs. This is the greatest shower head I've owned. You couldn't pry it from my hands. :-)Customer Review: Best Showerhead Avaible!!

I love this showerhead. Having just replaced my preexisting showerhead with the waterpik was the best move I could have made. The adjustable hose is perfect to accommodate everyone in the family, short or tall. I have always found the showerheads with 5 or 6 settings to be annoying and this one with the 2 is perfect.
