Tools and Hardware Reviews of Waterpik NML-603(S) Linea 6-Mode Showerhead with OptiFLOW, ChromeCustomer Review: Leaks Summary: 2 Stars
I purchased this after reading reviews stating how it was great..I found the force of the water was low even after removal filter, it leaked even putting on only with hand ,and not using tools as suggested in a review and I didnt realize it wasnt going to be long enough for me to thoroughly rinse off...as does a 'hand-held' one which is what I like. I have sent a complaint to the seller and not recieved even an aknowledgement of the email..I'll take my $22.00 loss but wanted to warn others..buy it at your own risk, there may not be a refund, return policy with this item..gave it 2 stars related to promptness of shipping and condition of item
Customer Review: Hard to find shower head Summary: 5 Stars
I was rebuilding our home in FL to sell it and realized we needed a replacement shower head for our small shower of the master Bath. The water pipe comes out of the wall in the wrong place so you have only a 2' square area to stand with a standard shower head. I looked all over St. Petersburg, FL and could not find this shower head. When I got home and did a bing search after getting the model number from Waterpik. The best price and delivery was of course, AMAZON. This product installs without any tools and was a dream. I now live in the NC mountains and use Amazon on a regular basis as I have had no problems with products or shipping.
Customer Review: Useless Summary: 1 Stars
Waterpik "redesigned" a perfectly good product. The threads on the nut are now recessed so far that the product would not attach to the j-pipe. When I contacted customer service, they only said that if there was a curve in my j-pipe, that the threads might be unreachable. There is no curve - the threads are just so far down that the j-pipe threads, which seem to be graduated slightly - that is, slightly narrower at the bottom - would not grab the threads on the nut. My previous version of the Flexible Shower Massage still works fine, but it looks awful. I wanted to replace with a new version, maybe they will "redesign" again some day.
Customer Review: 15 years, and still the best! Summary: 5 Stars
Simple, and efficient... Excellent for the handicapped, and children. You don't have to hold a hose type in your hand... There are no mounting brackets or rails to clutter shower, (easier to clean), and, you can still hose down shower walls. I have been using one of these for 15 years. Home Depot, and Lowes used to sell these, but have stopped... I hope Waterpik does not discontinue. Tip: remove the filter, and the restrictor for better water flow. Do not rotate or tighten threaded end by turning head, this will buckle & collapse the small central tube, restricting water flow. Just dip head in CLR every couple of months. Enjoy!
Customer Review: Waterpic Flexible Shower Head Summary: 5 Stars
I've used a Flesible shower head for ages and loved it. Of course it couldn't last forever. When it gave out I couldn't find one available in any store around me - Lowe's, Home Depot, WalMart, Ace Hardware. Finally I decided to go online. It was so easy through Amazon to locate the flexible shower head AND the new one is even better than the old one was. The connection to the pipe is solid this time with the flexibility coming after that union - no more drip when the show is on! Plus, the head has 6 different flow modes. AND best of all, the flex tube is easy to move, and holds the position it's put in. Wonderful!
