We had the older model of this showerhead so figured the new one would be even better. We have been disappointed in it because like others have said, it will not stay in the correct position and creaks when you move it. It also does not have the great water flow that previous versions have had. The final nail in the coffin was when we moved and tried to get it off, the threading area was so cheap that it broke off when removing it. And we had only had it on the shower for a year.Customer Review: Works fine, but leaks like everyone said

For the money, we like this. it has a number of settings, and it move in almost any direction easily and stays. We had one of these earlier models before and it finally broke on the goose neck. it did leak around the connection end. so does this new one. i don't think it did originally when i put it on, but the movement of the neck seems to have loosened something. I don't think this one is made as well, but if i get 2 years out of it, it will have been worth the $30.Customer Review: Leaks

I have an older version of this product in another bathroom and have been happy with it. I decided to put this new model in the basement shower. The unit never tightened sufficiently to the threaded rod to seal. Supposedy, you just tightten to the touch, but this never sealed even with added pressure with pliers. The directions also state not to use teflon tape, since it might loosen over time. With or without the tape, no matter how much tightening, it still leaked.Customer Review: Just take out the flow blocker

Take out the flow regulator that the product says should remain in there and then hook it up to your shower. It's the best shower head I've ever had. The flexible head is all I need in my stand up shower to reach every space I need to when cleaning and it stays perfectly still when I use it as I shower. I love it!
Each spay setting is strong and I just keep it on one but if you like to change it up from massage to soft spray then this is the head for you too!

To be fair, the phrase "works at virtually any water pressure" is vague. It should have been a red flag immediately, but let the buyer beware. The flex arm works as in the description, but the "satisfying" shower comment is not accurate. I enjoy a hard needle-like shower, and this is NOT NOT NOT the shower head for me. If you're looking for a "gentle rain" with the same force as a feather floating to the ground, then buy this one. Me? I am passing this one by.
