I just received my showerhead and I was impressed how easy it was to install! It took me around 3 minutes and didn't have to use any tools. the only tool I used was to remove the old one.
Now, when I took a shower this thing let me impressed again. In my house the water pipes have a lot of pressure and somehow this showerhead controls the pressure to a comfortable one that won't hurt you but will make you feel very good while taking the shower.
I have only used the regular shower mode but that's enough for me. My wife has used the other modes and she likes them a lot.
For the price, this is a great buy!

Very disappointed in this product. Had forgotten that I had returned a similiar waterpik showerhead a few years back for the same problem. Only one of the settings worked--the full shower setting. All the other settings had no force at all--not really usable--would not pulse enough to massage or even wash off soap effectively. And this was with the flow restriction device removed. Also, fairly large and clunky. To late to return, will be giving this piece of bad design to Goodwill. Sealed tough plastic packaging required heavy cutting to open--high self-inflicted cut potential. My husband has psoriasis and a great deal of it is in his head. He says it is definetly the best one ever. He uses it daily after his shower, and it removes most of the scales. However you must have heard the phrase "heartbreak of psoriasis" that's because there is no cure. It keeps coming back and all you can do is stay on top of it and that is what the metal fine tooth comb does. Thank you for carrying this one, as the black ones just keep breaking.
I also purchased the Waterpik shower head and we love it!

This shower head is great and lives up to it's promises. When Waterpik first came out, I didn't like them as I thought they were too harsh. They've come a long way. PLEASE NOTE: Amazon lists this as Free Super Saver Shipping. When I checked out my order it was directed to a third party shipper for which I had to pay shipping on (very happy with the third party). I included some books in my order to reach the "$25" limit. Cancelled that order as it was delayed a month even though books were listed as available. But like I said, the shower head is great - Amazon is not.Customer Review: Inferior

This works but...
Using the basic spray pattern, the water shoots down in a straight line instead of fanning out as it does on other shower heads I've used. Not quite comfortable--having all the water striking roughly four square inches of skin.
The other spray patterns are pretty much worthless. And water leaks out around the edges of the head. NOT a white tape issue, this is happening around joints created by the manufacturer. I don't like the stiffness of the cord either. It's always getting in the way. Next time I'll go back to Delta.
