Customer Review: Reasonable handheld shower for the price

Purchased this unit to pair with a fixed wide patter showerhead for walk in shower. Wanted a hand held option for cleaning, as well as massage options. The water pressure is adequate but not strong, even upon removing the flow restrictor. The massage action is OK, but not as strong as my original shower masssager from the mid 1980's.
The vinyl hose is annoying as another reviewer mentioned, in tat it does not hang well and can result in shower head twisting while using it.

I rarely write reviews here on Amazon because I'm usually satisfied with the products I buy (i.e. I'm not very picky). This is the first time I've utilized Amazon's return policy (very convenient I might add). Anyhow, the first one I received broke while attaching the cheap plastic piece to the faucet. I returned it and promptly received a replacement. This one broke in the exact same way with minimal pressure. I give up on this brand. This shower head doesn't look like it will last forever, but the price was so low that it doesn't matter that much. What's important is that it gives a really vigorous and satisfying shower. I had several other brands and had to keep reminding myself that I was conserving water, but the fact that I had to rinse for so long to get the soap off defeated the conservation thoughts. After the first shower with this one I ordered another for our cabin. Great product!Customer Review: disappointing

I was disappointed that my favorite setting on the shower massage was not on this model. You can't really get a forceful stream, even after removing the water saver device. On the "original waterpik", if you chose the center stream it was definitely stronger than the other options, but not on this model. I'm not satisfied with it, and will probably buy a different model. However, my daughters didn't really mind the lack of pressure as much as I did.

I hated my old shower head, so I decided to get a new one. This shower head is affordable, looks nice, is easy to hook up, has great water pressure, good length in the hose (can't count the number of times I've cleaned the sides of my tub with this thing)... It's an all around great product. Also love all the different settings (massage, mist, etc). The only bad things is it's harder to get out of the shower now that I have it because I enjoy having it so much.
