I purchased this filter for our home drinking water as well as a water filter for our espresso machine the ECM Giotto. I have the steps I used to accomplish this on my blog (insert shameless plug).
All in all I am very happy with the water taste and volume. But see my blog for the issues I had in hooking it up- especially with thicker than normal countertops and non-standard water lines.

The water filter has been in my sink for about one month. It functions perfectly, but friends have suggested the lever on the faucet requires too much strength for easy operation. The main fault I found with this product is the installation instructions. They show a newer faucet than was included with the installation kit. The method of installing the different types of faucets is completely different. I could not find installation instructions for the faucet included with my unit anywhere on the Watts website.Customer Review: excellent product

This is the second water filtration system I have bought and the Watts System is the better of the two. It is easy to put together and it has a lot more pressure than my old one. The carbon filters are nice sized too. When installing the water system I would recommend not bolting the part that goes underneath your sink. Just leave it loose and it will be easier to change your filters.Customer Review: Pleased in Tucson

Product works great, only had install a week ago but will keep you posted. Make sure to run the water through system for awhile. Seemed to have a gray tint to water. After that its great. I live in Tucson and the water is awful here. I don't use this system for drinking (I use bottle water) but I use this water for ice, cooking, etc. and it taste great. I bought this instead of the RO because of limited space. Easy to install if you have basic plumbing knowledge. Faucet is solid. GPM is low initially, but once the filter has cleared, it picks up to a respectable pace. Water tastes good. Don't buy the cheaper Culligan, its worth the extra few bucks to get the nice faucet this unit has.
