Customer Review: Can't replace filters

Watts' products are a total waste of money. There is no way to remove the old filters and replace them. When I bought the unit, I also bought a set of replacement filters. When it came time to change the filters, the old ones could not be removed. They are screwed on too tightly to even budge. Watts told me I needed to by a special wrench from them, which I did. It was a worthless piece of plastic that did nothing to remove the old filters. Plumbers couldn't even remove them. I finally had to throw the whole unit away plus the box of new filters which could not be returned. I will never by a Watts product again.
