These caster's are installed on a large lumber cart that I built. I haven't had them long so I don't know how durable they are. I'm not sure how heavy this cart is, but empty it probably weighs about 180 - 200 lbs. It is now fully loaded (probably overloaded), it has to be at least 400 lbs. So far the casters are working very smoothly. Highly recommended.
