Customer Review: Plastic gets brittle and breaks.. Stay Away!

These worked pretty well for the first couple months, but then parts of the enclosure started to crack and crumble. Within a week of each other, all three lights had fallen off. Not only that, after using them for a few hours they tend to start flickering, and can give a buzzing noise when coupled with a dimmer. STAY AWAY!

The Westek Xenon 12V Low Voltage Accent Lights are perfect for kitchens, china cabinets, work stations, display cases, entertainment centers and more. Whiter, more natural Xenon bulbs burn cooler and last longer than halogen bulbs. It's easy to build your own Xenon Lighting System from one to eighteen lights! Simply snap together for a safe and convenient installation. No wiring needed! Just a neat, clean installation that hides under your cabinets and gives you a warm glow to light up any room. For an even lower profile, the Westek low voltage accent lights can be recess mounted in a cabinet. Also dimmable with Westek A6043BC touch pad dimmer (sold separately). Available in white, nickel, and bronze finishes and 2, 3, and 4 pack kits. Box includes everything you need to install your system.
