Description of 1.5-2 Ton Whirlpool Cased Evaperator Coil 14.5 Inch Upflow Downflow AC and Heat Pump

The Whirlpool Upflow-Downflow and Multi-Position Cased WEC1P and WEM1P Evaporator Coils. The Whirlpool WEC1P series evaporator coils are perfect to replace an existing cooling coil located on top of, beneath, or in the case of the WEM1P coils, next to a horizontal gas furnace in conjunction with a split system air conditioner.   They can be used with Whirlpool Modular Air Handlers in the same configurations. All Whirlpool Evaporator Cooling Coils are designed to work in both air conditioning and heat pump applications, and are both R-22 and R410A compatible. Whirlpool evaporator coils have a factory installed flowrator which means you get more consistent cooling over a wide range of outdoor temperatures.
