I purchased this filter from Amazon a few weeks ago and have had no problems. It installed easily, the water and ice are perfect with no odor or cloudiness. You do have to run the water through the filter a few times to get everything rinsed out and remember to push the filter in until it fully clicks.Customer Review: Great customer service

These things are really expensive to replace, but have ordered many from Fridge Filters through Amazon and we get them usually within two days. This fast-fill filter definitely makes a difference in the taste of our water. There are different "levels" of filter, this one seems to be the most deluxe, as it's slightly more expensive than other filters. As for the fast-fill, I can tell no difference at all. our fridge calls for this filter, and it was very easy to install. Had we read the instructions all the way through, we would have realized that we missed a step, so our first glass of water after we installed was icky. but, after we did what the instructions said, it worked great. (go figure!)
