Customer Review: Cross Reference of Item Inaccurate

The Universal Fan Control Board was promptly sent from Plumbing Planet but upon trying to install the E-33 Post was missing for the Flame Sensor Probe. Communications with White-Rodgers, Emerson Climate Technologies, and Lennox all confirmed that the 50A55-843 universal board WOULD NOT work for replacement of 50A55-120 (Lennox 56L8501) board. This is contrary to the Cross Reference Sheet provided with the Universal Board. The board was returned to Plumbing Planet and credit was promptly returned to Amazon to credit my credit card. Very disappointing that White-Rodgers under Emerson supervision can not provide that cross reference is WRONG!!!!
