Some assembly is required for this product. The threads of one of the supporting poles did not match, the company was notified & another two piece pole was sent to us. This a good company with which to do business.
It would have to be since it is backed by Amazon.
I had thought it would be used to transport dishware, etc. between the kitchen & the dining room, but it's also great for toting (after all, I live in Arkansas) the laundry from the dryer to the bedrooms. The cart rolls easily on bare floors or carpeting.

Love this rolling cart. Very sturdy and easy to roll around, even on plush carpet. I wanted to utilize the "dead space" on the sides of my bedroom closet and don't have the skills to install custom shelving. I have 23-1/4" to work with and all the shelving units or bookcase type shelves I found were 24". This cart was very easy to assemble, took me less than 15 minutes once I visualized what you needed to do. It fit perfectly, is easy to move and is really sturdy and strong. I bought this particular cart to hold the varieties of flour I use regularly when I bake. Previously the flour had been on the floor of my pantry. I had a very narrow space and a lot of flour. This cart suits my need perfectly. It is well constructed, has adjustable shelves, sturdy wheels (two with locks) and fits in the tiny space (13.5" wide) between my pantry doors and the pantry shelves. I bought a few different styles of this line of carts and find them very useful and adaptable for uses in rooms other than the Kitchen. They are easy to assemble and the shelf placement (at your desired height) was a pleasant surprise. They are sturdy and reasonably priced (except for the steep shipping prices that you cannot combine if you want to buy more than one). I would recommend them to anyone who values economy of space and has a need for Portability and Mobility in their Home and Workspace.Customer Review: Very sturdy, very pleased!

I bought this because others described it as sturdy and easy to assemble. I was leery, since the price was so low, but I thank those reviewers who came before, since it is as they claimed.
Assembly was simple (the directions are not fabulous, but even for a less-than-gifted assembler (me), it didn't matter) and it really is a sturdy and attractive cart as others have described. I would definitely buy another one, or more from this manufacturer. Label me pleasantly surprised!
