I was expecting a much better product based on the other reviews. Assembly was simple but not necessarily easy. I had trouble with the clips the shelves are supposed to sit on. You're supposed to be able to adjust the shelves but I found that I couldn't because they kept slipping when I place the shelves over them. Once assembled, it seemed flimsy. It wiggles when I move my clothes around. I went with this product which was more expensive than an alternative I was looking at and wish I had tried the cheaper one. This one didn't seem worth the price. Only time will tell if it will hold up but I suspect it won't. I don't hate it which is why it got the 3 stars but I definitely don't think it was worth the money. If I didn't have to disassemble and ship back, I would return it. Hopefully it will give me a couple of years before it falls apart.Customer Review: Extra Money Well Spent ...

This garment rack costs a little more than most. However, it is worth it. The full rectangular shape adds extra sturdiness.
A few notes that may save others' time:
1. It definitely takes two people to put this rack together.
2. Instructions are somewhat lacking with respect to the plastic fasteners: they fail to point out that on each fastener there is a "top". Once you realize that the top is slightly wider than the bottom two pieces, the work goes smoothly.
Because the instructions were not clear I had to call customer service which turned out to be a most helpful and painless experience!

I have very little closet space and this rack was perfect. A bar to hang clothing and shelves at the top and bottom (and if you really want to get efficient you can use the space underneath the bottom shelf). If you are going to purchase this product, follow the instructions carefully to make sure you get the poles matched up right. I would also recommend getting the wheels on before you put the bottom shelf on. If you have space to lay the whole thing down before putting it up, then getting the wheels on won't be a big deal. This rack makes very efficient use for my limited space.Customer Review: Excllent but price went up

Item is very nice..I purchased two of them..Very very sturdy. Has plastic clips to hold rack but has not been a problem yet. I have had for about a month. I recommend over all other garment racks although the price went up a few dollars. It doesn't tip over, it rolls, wheels lock, and you can store things on top and bottom shelf and heavy clothes in middle. Also there is a jacket you can purchase separate to look nicer and to protect clothing. I didn't purchase that though. Oh instruction don't make since at all, so don't think your dumb when trying to follow steps.Customer Review: Love it

Purchased this for a storage room to hang out of season clothes. It is very sturdy. Had another garment rack that was so flimsy that one day it collapsed. This rack seems to be here for the long haul. Was easy to put together. However, I must have been really tired because I put the support poles in upside down. Not a big deal, however, I can't put the casters on. Sigh...someday, I will get it put together correctly...
