After reading some of the negative comments, I'm not sure what expectations were but this rack seems to be exactly what it says it is. I have several heavy coats and even more jackets hanging on this rack which is the same amount I'd hang in a closet if I had one. If you need an extra closet, then this is a good buy. Certainly not a great piece of hardware but it does get the job done. I'm using mine temporarily while I rebuild the inside of my closets. It's a medium duty piece. Works as expected. Went together pretty quickly (15 minutes). Definitely not good if you're looking for something to hold a significant amount of weight.Customer Review: Many parts missing!!!

I finally receive my rack and it's missing multiple parts. There's no way I can put this things together. Called customer service, no idea when I'll get the parts. It's extremely frustrating as I bought this specifically for my winter clothes and now I have to put them back into the boxes I took them out from.Customer Review: Finally a Sturdy Clothes Rack!

Over the years I've purchased several clothes racks but they always end up either tipping over or collapsing. I finally said "enough is enough" and spent a little more to buy a sturdy rack. Easy to assemble and can be moved around on the provided wheels. Holds a lot of clothes and doesn't tip over! Yeah!Customer Review: Great for additional storage

Delivery was faster than estimated when I ordered. Package was compact and efficient. Assembly was pretty quick and straightfoward, no missing or broken parts. Rack is sturdy and both shelves can be adjusted in height. It holds all my fall/winter outerwear and accessories. What's not to like!
