Customer Review: Think Twice Before Buying This!

First of all, Amazon.com was great with the fast shipping of the Woodlore Pant Trolley, especially to Hawaii. But when I opened the box, one of the frames was scratched. It wasn't a real big scratch but enough to be noticeable. I did not think it was worth the effort to repack it and send it back. Then after I started to assemble it, two of the screws could not be fully tighted in. The head of the screw became stripped using the Allen wrench. So now I have a fully assembled trouser rack with a scratch and two screws sticking out from the side.
I would have expected something of better quality since this rack was not cheap. Paid $77 for it and now I wish I did not buy it. I should have bought the cheaper rack.
I'M NOT GOING TO BUY ANY MORE PRODUCTS FROM WOODLORE. THIS WAS MADE IN CHINA AND IT WAS EXPENSIVE. NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE.
