Very nice features for the price. Unfortunately, I lost the directions and now don't know how to delete a program once it has been set other than by resetting everything. No manufacturer's support on the web that I could find. A minor complaint and my own fault, really.
I'm saving a lot of money with this thing since it is powering a fountain with lights, and I save not only for the electricity but also for distilled water for the fountain, which the thing was consuming at a rate of a half gallon a day when it ran for 24 hours a day. Now it runs only during the day when we're at home, which is at different times depending on the day of the week. Hence the multiple program feature comes in handy.

Initially I thought this was an awsome product as it worked flawlessly. I was able to setup several different on and off settings for each weekday and weekend days. After the first 2 months I notice all the display locations were completely on so you couldn't read anything; until it was unpluged and it worked fine again. I reset it back to default, reconfigured all the settings and plugged it back in. Once again every display item was on so you couldn't read anything. It wasn't really a big deal since it was still working. Then after a couple more months it stopped turning things on and off. Now it's completely useless. I did get several good months out of this unit but I was expecting years...Customer Review: Excellent Timers

I recently purchased two of these timers to control the on and off times of fans in my basement that are used to assist my dehumidifier in keeping the basement dry. I must say the engineers who designed these timers did a good job. It is extremely easy to set the clock and to program the on and off times. This is a very intuitive device. It comes with a rechargeable battery that is automatically charged when it is plugged in to an outlet. Having two outlets, it can control two devices simultaneously.
Often times I purchase products that cause me to say "Who designed this thing. Did these people ever try their product before selling it?" Not in this case.

We are using this on all the coffee makers in our building to shut off the heaters at night and weekends. The manual override allows for use if needed during off hours.

The setup options are great.
We used the M-F as we are only occupied 7am to 5pm M-F.
This shuts of the water heaters in the coffee makes and any burners that are on.
We used to burn up a pot or two every month.

I bought this timer in Sep 2009 to repace a mechanical timer I had used for years.
I set the timer up according to the meager instructions and used it twice in four months.
In April 2010 I went to use it again and it was not functional. It would work on the standby battery, but when plugged: in the display was "all 8s" and could not be set nor would it work properly. I wound up using one of my 20 year old mechanical timers again. This is not worth the money. I do have two of the single outlet Woods Digital timers, purchased at the same time, and they are still working
