Tools and Hardware Reviews of Yard Machines 121R 31cc 2-Cycle Gas Powered Cultivator/TillerCustomer Review: great little machine Summary: 5 Stars
I have had this machine for over 3 years and it is great for the job it is meant to do. This is NOT a roto-tiller, it is a cultivator and only designed to break up already loose soil. I have used it every year for my vegetable and flower gardens and it work great. It is a bit noisey, but if proper gas & oil mix is used it will start great and run very well.

This is a wonderful tiller for small jobs in your garden. It is best to use a larger tiller first if you are breaking up new ground !!! This tiller is not ment to be used under this type of soil condition. EZ to start, and maintain. My wife can use it with ease. A very good tiller for the money.
Customer Review: ***Cultivator with a Lifespan of 5 minutes Summary: 1 Stars
What a piece of trash? I'm sure that the manufacturer knows that this machine is completely useless!!! Just used it for the first time today. After just 5 minutes it seized up and won't start again. How do I get my money back for something that only worked for 5 minutes?
Customer Review: Yard Machines 121R cultivator/tiller Summary: 3 Stars
Must follow starting instructions exactly or it won't start. Works great for what I'm doing ( regrading a few inches of ground around house that settled ). Paid $199, $20 cheaper than Sears, free shipping and no sales tax. Good light-duty machine for the money.
Customer Review: Good buy Summary: 4 Stars
Pros: Lightweight, easy to start, digs very well. I cultivated my front yard (20'x10') in a day, 3-4" deep.
Cons: Very loud.
I would recommend for someone looking for use on a small yard or garden. Not for any large projects.
