Amazon wouldn't allow me to give this product zero stars so I gave it one for the company delivering the product early. Opening the back cover to install the battery was an absolute NIGHTMARE. I received the product on Tuesday but couldn't open it until Friday. I tried every type of screw, including tools from an eyeglass kit. Finally, I decided to pry the thing open with a butter knife and scissors. After installing the battery, the alarm flashed once and tweeted twice (it is not loud at all) and then it completely cut off and stopped working. Ordinarily I would have cut my losses and discard a product this cheap, but this device was so frustrating that I returned it to the manufacturer to get my money back. It was such a waste of time, money, and energy.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
