Customer Review: opens a few rx bottles, but not many

Two of the items work okay with over the counter bottles and etc. But the third item (the one made for opening RX bottles) only works with a few of my mother and father's RX bottles. Which happens to be the main reason I bought this product. Also the magnifying glass will not come out no matter how hard we try. The grip would feel better without the nonworking magnifying glass.
