When I first saw these short cords, I said they were useless. Was I wrong! With the number of transformers I have in my computer system and with each transformer plugged into a strip blocking a plug on each side, these are so useful. And that way I can turn off one switch and all those transformers are denied power -- otherwise they vampire power all night long whether the peripherals are on or off!Customer Review: Better

I bought this product because of all the outlets I waste on a my surge suppressors. It turned out to be more versatile than I expected. I leave it connected to whatever device power cords I have with extra large footprints. Where ever I move the space hogs they fit.5 POWER STRIP ADAPTERS LIBERATORS. They are also great for when my power cord is just 2 or 3" inches shy of an outlet I want to reach.Customer Review: Wow!

When you purchase one of those charging caddys, you may be lucky enough to get one that comes with a power strip. However, the power cords for most portable devices have large plugs that use up two slots in the power strip. This is why you need these "liberators" - they make it so that you can utilize all of the plugs in your power strip. I am very glad that I got these - 5 is a great value.Customer Review: Seriously? These are $12 for a 5-pack. At most, you're buying 5 more outlets for that. You can get a whole power strip for $4 (6 Outlet Surge Strip, 307192), or less if you look around. Worst case, you could buy two power strips and use half the outlets, gaining 6 outlets for $8.

The inconvenience of big power adapters is something that has probably affected everyone at one time or another. There is nothing more annoying than having to use a whole power strip for two power adapters. These little extensions will free up lots of outlets around your home or office. They are especially useful with computers and all the accessories that go with them.
