Nice idea for a cheap, light weight flashlight, but very poorly made. The light flashes on/off randomly. It will turn on sometime with the switch, at other times it must be lightly tapped or shaken, and sometimes nothing. It is essentially useless. It is most definitely NOT "Heavy Duty" as the description says. I liked the size and price, but this is just a piece of junk. I am returning it. Save yourself some aggravation, pay a few bucks more, get a name brand.Customer Review: For the price this is a no-brainer

For $3.99 this is a no-brainer. It's REALLY bright for the size. I like to grill and when it's not in my car's center console I keep it by the grill to help check meat since the porchlight isn't bright enough.
Solidly built, super-affordable, and works as designed. If you're in the market I don't see why you'd spend more unless you need a much larger one. I'll probably pick up another soon so I have one for the car and one for the house.

I ordered 10 of them this time to scatter about the house and cars. Two of them didn't work out of the box but by exchanging battery holders and switch/end caps among 4 of them I achieved 100%. Very light weight, easy to stick in pockets or carry in same grip with leash at night. Put one everywhere you might need a light. I gave 9 away at Christmas and they were a hit. Take my word for it, you don't want to look right at the LEDs when they are on.Customer Review: Very bright

I actually bought this item as a filler but if I had known how bright and long lasting it would turn out to be I'd have purchased a few and give them out as gifts. Intensely bright and even beam and the battery drain is very low. This flashlight will lasts for a weeks if left turned on. It makes for a great emergency light in your glovebox of tackle box. Rugged and attractive aluminum shell with a on/off switch on the endcap. Well worth the money.Customer Review: Awesome! I love products and services exceeding my expectations!!

I had a really nice one of these that I completely over paid for--then my daughter lost it. I found these on Amazon, and because the price was so good, I decided to get all three of us one. They came quickly, smartly packaged, and they are exactly as described. Even the batteries are better than I expected!! I use it all the time, and have never had any problems--perfect as they are small and very bright and easily fit in pocket.
