I received my used Roomba IRobot battery in a timely manner as promised, but the excellent condition that was stated is in question. I plugged the battery in to get a full charge before my first use. The IRobot ran with its green light on for approximately one and a half hour, then the yellow and red light appeared which is fine. The second time after a full charge it started off with its yellow light on. It only ran for approximately 1 hour. The next time I need a battery I will pay the little extra and get a New battery.Customer Review: Battery is itself is ok

The battery itself works like a new one, what else can one expect from a battery, so there's not much to say. However I agree with the other people here. I had this Roomba not quite 2 years and used it maybe every 1-2 weeks to clean under the bed and sofas. It's ridiculous that the battery died after such a short time. I was thinking about buying a new roomba instead of the battery, but when I learned that I would have the same problem after a year or two I decided against it and bought the battery instead.

After having my roomba for about 2 years, the battery got to the point where it only lasted about 10 minutes per charge. After trying the method by another reviewer to extend its life (a method which, for me, didn't do anything), I decided to fork out the money to buy a new one.
I couldn't be happier with my decision. Since replacing the battery, it's like I have a brand new roomba again. Rather than 10 minutes, it can go a few hours at a time before it gives up and goes to its dock for a recharge.

When my original iRobot battery finally wore out, I looked around for a replacement. I was pleased to find that Amazon had the correct replacement battery available, and for a very competitive price.
When the battery arrived, I immediately noticed that it appeared to be exactly the same as the Roomba's original battery. Replacing the battery was quick and easy to do and, before I knew it, the battery was fully charged and my Roomba was back in action once again. What a relief!

After the original Roomba battery died just after the 1 year warranty expired I decided I'd go ahead and get my beloved Roomba working again by buying this battery.
Less than 3 months later I'm once again in the same boat with a dead Roomba battery. Apparently these things are junk and there is plenty found online to back that up. When the robot worked it worked well however instead of throwing $50 in batteries at it every few months I'd have been better off buying an actual vacuum.
