I've had my Roomba for about a year now. I have a dog and a cat, so you can imagine how much fur I have to deal with on my carpet. Anyhow, Louise (that's my Roomba's name) stopped picking up hair like she used to. Now I may be dumb, but I thought something else was wrong with her - that she might be broken or something. But I bought her new brushes anyway - and she works fantastic! She's back to her old self again and does all the dirty work for me. Yes, there are fewer arms on this sidebrush than on the ones that came with the Roomba, so if that is important to you, as it was to one reviewer here, then by all means, this is not the sidebrush for you. If, however, you want a sidebrush that does not fall apart and throw an arm every week or so, then definitely, order these replacements. I have been using the same sidebrush for at least 5 months now, with the roomba running nightly, and have not had one arm fall off.Customer Review: Quite disappointed. Upon receiving this replacement kit I was disappointed to see that the items contained within DO NOT match the picture displayed at the Amazon site. The Bristle and beater brush are cheaply made and are NOT equivalent to the original parts. I only received 2 replacement filters and the side brush is NOT what is displayed in the picture, the kit contains a white one with only three bushes extruding from the cheaply made plastic molding. The parts I got were fine except for the side brush. I gave the two star rating because I think a product's photo should match the items received. The photo shows a 6-sided brush, and I actually received a 3-sided brush. I don't know if that will have an impact on my roomba's cleaning performance, but since it originally came with a 6-sided brush I felt I should replace it with the same part- which is what I thought I was getting from Amazon.Customer Review: Great

My wife and I have 400 series and 500 series Roomba's which we love. They work great and have been very reliable for years and I believe that is partially due to keeping them clean. After every use my wife takes them apart and blows out all the parts with an air hose. We bought these kits so that she can just put clean replacement parts back in and wash the dirty parts later. This may seem like overkill but it works for us.
