I tried everything possible to make this work but the design is so poor, it just can't work. It's sensor is located at the side and it's so erratic, sometimes it flushes itself in the middle of the night. No matter how well you set it, there are going to be times when your little kid gets off the toilet bowl and a mound of goo stays waiting on you sometimes the whole night through! What is use then of an automatic toilet flusher? This is a complete rip- off and the company knows that. This should have been pulled off the shelves a long time ago. We had to return the unit for a refund. The device's sensor is deffective. It flushes by itself when there is no one in the room (yes I had a camera recording it). I played with the sensor adjustment screww for hours in all possible settings and it still would phantom-flush. Too bad because it is a noble idea.Customer Review: ITOUCHLESS SENSOR FLUSH

Installation was not difficult and the product has worked excellently for almost one year now and I still haven't even had to change the batteries. Highly recommended!
