I have only had this door lock for 2 months for I tell ya, this one is a winner. Its easy to program, easy to use and it has recognised our fingerprints 100% of the time so far! I like how it locks itself behind you. It makes sure you dont leave the door open defeating the very purpose for the door lock itself. Although I wish it had a full keypad so that visitors fingers dont have to be programmed and de-programmed all the time, all in all, this is a good buy. It works perfectly for me! I even figured out that it has to detect a pulse to work properly (Which is a problem for my aunt, she has a very weak pulse, but that's another story). The ability to use a password is still much better that having to dig out keys. Another feature I like is that the door automatically locks behind you, but you can turn this feature off and on if you want.Customer Review: Excellent lock, safe and works fine

The only set back is that I needed to make a difficult adaptation to our local hardware. No problem installing it with a non-English speaking wood smith and the product works amazingly well. Saved the family the need to carry bulky "keychains" and loosing keys.Customer Review: iTouchless Lock

The key never worked correctly
Access by the key pad was the method used to operate the lock after two days.
