We recieved our Touchless paper towel dispenser yesterday. Operating instructions were pretty straight forward. The unit is very tempermental. In less than one day I've had three paper jams and it dispenses whatever length it wants. I had purchased the Touchless waste basket a few months prior and was very happy with the product. I'm not so happy with towel dispenser.Customer Review: Not worth the hassle!!!!

Not all brands of paper towels work. It constantly loses it's place and your constantly adjusting it. It's not heavy enough, it's always falling over when you tear the towel off. You end up using both hands to tear it off. Shipping was fast, unit works Great if you aren't in a rush. Now we use it as a paper towel holder.. Very touchy and hard to set up to the length of the towel...you have to pull up to tear off...really not worth it just get a manual one...we still use our old one.
