My husband and I just bought our first house and then realized there is but one place for a trash can. On top of that it needed to be a very skinny space or the dishwasher wont open. This trash can has been wonderful. The locking lid is even better with having our dog run the house while we are gone. It may be slim but is a perfect size for a small space and 2 people.Customer Review: Not worth the price

We needed a trash can with a lid and this one looked great. Within a week the bottom lever underneath the garbage can broke, so you can no longer open it with the footpetal. The only thing that can really go wrong with the trash can DID and only in a week! I wouldn't buy this cheap can again. Take my advise, don't throw your $ in the trash by buying this can.Customer Review: Dog hasn't gotten it open

We bought this trash can to keep our 65 pound dog from tipping the trash can and eating or shredding the contents while we are away. She can tip the can, but has been unable to open the lock. It has not dented when tipped and I really like it so far. I sometimes wonder if something heavier might be better, but this one is easy for me to move and carry.Customer Review: Why no liner?

I really like the slim profile, and so far the lid has kept on. I don't have a dog that can get into the garbage so that's not an issue.
I bought two, one for garbage, one for recycling. I have to take the entire unit down to the recycling bin to dump. A liner accessory would be nice. Still, it's a good value and product.

It doesn't look like its worth it's price but it's a good product overall. I did some shopping around and I think this was the best bet for my household. One of the things that makes me happy is the fact that the bag doesn't get stuck in the trashcan. It actually slides out pretty easy if you get a 13 gallon bag. I'm satisfied.
