I bought two of these and both came with screws that had smaller heads than the keyhole slots in the back of the unit. A trip to the hardware store for a couple properly sized washers solved the problem, but should the customer need to do that? The keyhole slots are huge, so most folks will not have screws of the right size for this. The unit works pretty well for holding and dispensing bags.Customer Review: Great bag holder and attractive!

I have other bag holders for other areas of the home, and they're cheaper, but sure are unattractive. Sure this is 5x the price, but it's nice to look at and the metal is stylish. It can hold more than 30 grocery type bags and easily dispenses. The tape method didn't stay on so we hardware mounted it. And a 10 year warranty to boot, it must be made well. I love it!Customer Review: Great...now if I could just find a use for the bags!

I love that I'm not throwing all my bags away anymore, or having to hold on to them until I can get them to recycle. I filled it up right away, though, and now I can't find any use for the ones I have. Guess at least it still holds them in a better place till I can get them to recycle! I do like it, though. I love this product. It is lightweight but durable. Very easy to install. And most of all stylish. It matches my appliances perfectly.It stores my plastic bags so neatly and now my cabinet is empty. It makes recycling a breeze before I go to the store I just pull out some bags. The plastic bags work great as liners for the bathroom trashcans, also good in the cars.Customer Review: Plan on using mounting screws

This bag holder looks great and is a terrific addition to any home. At first I tried mounting it with the foam tape strips, but over and over again it crashed to the ground in the middle of the night. That proved it was duarble - no cracks or scratches as a result, but waking up to that noise got old fast so I used the mounting screws. No issues since then!
